Lithion Technologies Inc., with Lithion Saint-Bruno Inc. and Lithion International Inc., has been under CCAA protection since October 28, 2025, and remains active. Unaudited consolidated statements for the five-month period ended August 31, 2025 put the debtors' assets at $61,908,285 against liabilities of $12,515,071. Secured debt at that date included $4,459,925 owed to Investissement Québec and a Private Investors Term Loan split among IMM Investment Hong Kong Holdings Limited and General Motors Ventures LLC at $2,137,963 each and Construction Seneca Inc. at $521,781, all secured by movable hypothecs on the universality of LTI's and LSB's movable property. The first phase of the sale process ran to December 8 and then December 15, 2025. The stay has been extended successively, most recently to July 24, 2026.
