Case update
Goodfood: six offers, a going-concern winner and a listing it expects to lose
Goodfood's sale process drew six binding offers, and on October 22 the SISP Team chose one that would acquire the business as a going concern, its buyer and price not yet disclosed. None was conditional on the TSX listing, the monitor reports, and Goodfood expects its shares to be delisted after the sale; the approval hearing is set for November 10.
