The claims process is well advanced: as at April 30, 2013, claims against HII had been filed or revised at $1,677,919,392.02, of which $365,948,289.32 was reduced or withdrawn and $135,515,305.72 disallowed, leaving $1,022,743,965.41 accepted, a figure that includes intercompany and duplicate claims.
