Most people hear about Proceedings from a colleague. If you recommend it and they subscribe, we pay you 20% of everything they pay us.

Recommend
Tell a colleague, another firm, or colleagues at your own. When they subscribe, they let us know you referred them.
Get paid
20% of what they pay, by the 15th of each month, by Interac e-Transfer or wire transfer.

Before tax, in Canadian dollars, every month they remain a subscriber.
The terms
- 20% of the subscription or contract price they pay, before tax, for as long as they remain a subscriber.
- Paid monthly in Canadian dollars, by the 15th for the previous month, by Interac e-Transfer or wire transfer. Wire transfers are sent once you've earned at least $500. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted, including from later payments.
- A referral counts if you were approved before the person you referred subscribed, and they tell us you referred them, by email to contact@proceedings.ca, within 30 days of subscribing.
- If two people claim the same referral, the customer's confirmation decides.
- Referring yourself doesn't count.
- If you're on track to earn more than $500 in a year, we'll ask for your SIN or business number for tax reporting.
- Referral partners must not use false or misleading sales tactics, and can't make promises on our behalf about features, pricing or coverage.
- If referrals show a pattern of quick cancellations, refund requests or similar, we may end your ability to make new referrals. Earnings on your existing referrals will continue to be honoured, except earnings from referrals Stripe deems to be fraudulent.
- If you stop subscribing, your confirmed referrals keep earning, but new referrals don't count until you subscribe again.
- We may change or end the program for new referrals. Referrals already confirmed keep earning on these terms.
