Northvolt Batteries North America Inc., with 9500—9551 Québec inc. and Société en nom collectif MCMSB, has been under CCAA protection in the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division) at Montréal since September 5, 2025, under the supervision of Raymond Chabot inc. as monitor.
