Ocean View Farms Limited has been under CCAA protection in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador since September 11, 2025 (court file 2025 01G 4683). An amended and restated initial order of September 22, 2025 granted a DIP Lender's Charge in favour of Libra Finance Company Inc. for a $500,000 DIP facility.
