Filing brief

Vitasave: restock first, then a sale process

With 70–80% of its active catalogue out of stock by its director's account, Burnaby supplement retailer Vitasave obtained a CCAA initial order on September 8, after BMO had petitioned in June for a receiver. On September 18 the stay was extended to November 20 and the interim lender's charge raised to $2.3 million for a restocking plan.
