Victoria Gold: the receiver's unserved claim against JDS

PwC, as receiver, sued JDS Energy & Mining, which provided EPCM services at the Eagle Gold Mine, in B.C. on June 19 and has not served the claim. JDS wants it stayed for arbitration; on October 5 the receiver is to ask Justice Conway to put that application off until service, citing Boroo's exclusivity, now running to October 20.

Each row is one filing's statement, copied as it reads and never computed. "Estimated" is the officer's forecast; "Under the plan" is the plan's or proposal's own term; "Final" is a declared or paid distribution; a row with no chip states no footing. A range is the two numbers stated; "of proven claims" is the document's own denominator.
