Eleven months after BMO, owed more than $58 million, put the dealership group into the CCAA, the court on July 23 approved a sale of Sun Valley Nissan, the last dealership left to sell, at a redacted price. BDO has asked to hand the mandate to Goldhar, where the partner who ran it now works.
