If you believe that you have a Claim against the Debtors, you will have to file with the Monitor a duly completed Proof of Claim. The Proof of Claim must be received at the latest by 5:00 p.m. (Montréal Time) on September 30, 2020 (the “Claims Bar Date”), unless the Court orders that the Proof of Claim be accepted after that date, failing which you will be forever barred from advancing a Claim against the Aldo Group and from receiving a distribution under the Plan on account of such Claim.
