If you believe that you have a Claim against the Debtors, you will have to file with the Monitor a duly completed Proof of Claim. The Proof of Claim must be received at the latest by 5:00 p.m. (Montréal Time) on September 30, 2020 (the “Claims Bar Date”), unless the Court orders that the Proof of Claim be accepted after that date, failing which you will be forever barred from advancing a Claim against the Aldo Group and from receiving a distribution under the Plan on account of such Claim. As well, any Person having a Restructuring Claim must file a Proof of Claim against the Debtors by the later of: (i) the Claims Bar Date; or (ii) 5:00 p.m. (Montréal Time) on the 30th day following the receipt of a written notice advising such Person to file a Proof of Claim as a result of the repudiation, resiliation, termination or restructuring of any contract, lease, employment agreement or other agreement on or after May 7, 2020, failing which the Person will be forever barred from advancing a Restructuring Claim against the Debtors and from receiving a distribution under the Plan on account of such Claim
