Skyview Parking and RV Storage Ltd. and To Let Housing Corporation were placed in court-appointed receivership in the Court of King's Bench of Alberta on September 8, 2025 (court file 2401 18542), with MNP Ltd. as receiver and manager. The primary secured creditor, Domain Mortgage Corp., held two mortgage/debentures dated March 22, 2024 over the Industrial Property; both matured on December 1, 2024 and were in default, with balances of $4,569,088.98 and $2,574,753.14 as at December 19, 2024. Skyview's Calgary airport-parking lot went to Redstone after a five-round auction, the price allocated $6,850,000 to the land and $500,000 to the parking company. The principals' $9 million offer from outside the process was dismissed, two appeals were struck, and on August 4, 2026 the court approved MNP's final distribution and discharge.
