Shamrock Valley Enterprises Ltd. has been in court-appointed receivership since July 30, 2021, when the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, now the Court of King's Bench, appointed The Bowra Group Ltd. as receiver and manager on the application of Canadian Western Bank, under court file 2103 10970.

The officer filed report no. Sixth Report. Shamrock's operations were wound down following the receiver's appointment; the receiver ceased operations and terminated employees in October 2021 after refinancing fell through, and has since focused on liquidating assets, administering the claims process, and making distributions to creditors.
