The List of Known Creditors as at July 25, 2023 recorded secured claims against NextPoint Group of USD 213,931,287 owed to BP Commercial Funding Trust, Series SPL-X, administered by BasePoint Capital II, LLC, USD 46,012,500 to Drake Enterprises Ltd., and USD 15,135,616 to Frontier Capital Group, Ltd., which was also listed for an unsecured amount of USD 1,333,412. Larger unsecured entries included Chilmark Administrative LLC at USD 10,504,144, GV Stadium Gateway, LLC at USD 1,938,956, a USD 1,200,000 litigation claim by Rene Labrado, USD 696,667 in aggregate employee amounts, USD 622,941 to the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division, and USD 500,000 to the U.S. Small Business Administration.
