Approved the $12 million cash-and-assumed-liabilities sale to Executive Mountainside Holdings Ltd. and vested the Purchased Assets clear of registered interests of Hamsor Holding Corporation, Computershare Trust Company of Canada and SOAP.
First Report put combined cash at $3,593,230 as at 31 March 2025 across the Scotia and RBC accounts, and recorded a $10,000 price reduction agreed on extending closing to no later than 1 August 2025.

Supreme Court on September 25 to open a reverse claims process with a January 15, 2027 bar date, appoint Borden Ladner Gervais as representative counsel with a $100,000 charge, and defer the formula that would value the claims at between $4.07 million and $36.28 million.
