Case update

Minglian: nine storeys on Spruce Street, sold as they stand

MNP asks to carry the CCAA stay to October 23 so the sale of Minglian's half-built Duet building at 2511 Spruce Street, Vancouver, can close on September 18, after six months of marketing, a subject-free $18.3 million offer, the dismissal of the developer's bid to finish the building on a $25.0 million loan, and a sealed-bid round whose winning price stays under seal.
