Maverick Estate Winery Inc. and Maverick Vineyards Inc. have been under court-appointed receivership since April 1, 2026, when the Supreme Court of British Columbia at Vancouver appointed KSV Restructuring Inc. as Receiver and Manager on the application of Royal Bank of Canada.
