Leisure Time Investments Inc., together with Forge & Foster Holdings Inc., South Muskoka Investments Inc. and 79681 Bluewater Investments Inc., is the subject of a court-appointed receivership application brought by the Bank of Montreal in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on May 7, 2026, under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act.
