Ltd., 250 Holdings Ltd., Balvinder Singh Khun Khun, Harbax Kaur Khun Khun, Sharan Kaur Dhillon and Sukhjit Singh Khun Khun to the Bank was $11,091,343.89, secured by mortgages over the East Kelowna, Geen Road, Pooley Road and Rutland Road lands, general security agreements and guarantees. Demand Loan 637 stood at $5,773,179.50, and facility FRTL 739, authorized at $2,700,000, matured on August 31, 2025 and was not renewed. The Crown in Right of British Columbia holds a $3,890.56 speculation and vacancy tax lien against the Rutland Road lands.
