Demand Loan 637 stood at $5,773,179.50, and facility FRTL 739, authorized at $2,700,000, matured on August 31, 2025 and was not renewed. The Crown in Right of British Columbia holds a $3,890.56 speculation and vacancy tax lien against the Rutland Road lands.
