Corsa Coal Corp. et al. were the subject of a recognition proceeding in Ontario under Part IV of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, commenced January 14, 2025, with PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as information officer; that proceeding is now closed. Corsa Coal Corp. became bankrupt on September 23, 2025. Its statement of affairs, sworn by its president Kevin Harrigan, lists assets of $1.00 against liabilities of $107,864.40, a deficiency of $107,863.40, of which $107,185.05 is intercompany debt owed to Wilson Creek Holding, Inc. KeyBank's secured claims have not been satisfied in full, and on October 7, 2025 the trustee anticipated no funds for distribution to unsecured creditors in any of the bankrupt estates.
