Briere Production Group Inc. and Briere Transportation Ltd. have been in court-appointed receivership since May 1, 2025 under BIA section 243. RBC, first-ranking general secured creditor together with BDC, was owed $1,588,479.71 as at February 5, 2025 under its operating, BCAP and HASCAP credit agreements. Each row is one filing's statement, copied as it reads and never computed. "Estimated" is the officer's forecast; "Under the plan" is the plan's or proposal's own term; "Final" is a declared or paid distribution; a row with no chip states no footing. A range is the two numbers stated; "of proven claims" is the document's own denominator.
