Big Rig Trailers & Leasing Inc., together with Big Rig Tires & Service Inc. and Big Rig Partz Inc., has been in court-appointed receivership in the Supreme Court of British Columbia since July 5, 2024, on the application of Royal Bank of Canada under BIA s. 243, court file S-244137.
