This first supplement to the Seventh Report (the “Supplementary Seventh Report” or “Supplementary Final Lien Report”) is to provide this Honourable Court with the Receiver’s evaluation of the Notice of Dispute of Pipe-All, and the Supplementary Notice of Dispute of General Sprinklers, and to advise of the impact of these parties’ claims on the Receiver’s recommendations in the seventh report of the Receiver dated April 20, 2020 (the “Seventh Report” or “Final Lien Report”) regarding the amounts of the lien claims of Pipe-All, General Sprinklers and Dineen. Any terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in the Seventh Report
