STAY OF PROCEEDINGS THIS COURT ORDERS that the stay of proceedings at paragraphs 9 and 10 of the Appointment Order is lifted nunc pro tunc as against the Lift-Stay Entities respect of the Dismissal Order sought by Chilham in the action bearing Court File No. CV 16-549989. THIS CGURT ORDERS that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Order and the provisions of the Appointment Order, the provisions of this Order shall govern. THIS COURT ORDERS that this Order is effective from the date that it is made and is enforceable without any need for entry and filing
