The Receiver filed its First Report to the Court dated September 22, 2020 (the “First Report”) in support of a motion for the Court’s assistance in obtaining payment of the Vdopia Receivable (as defined below). The Receiver is filing this Supplement to the First Report (the “Supplement”) to provide the Court with further information in respect of the receivable owing to AppThis Holdings from Vdopia Inc. in the amount of approximately $373,731.23 (the “Vdopia Receivable”) pursuant to certain invoices issued under an agreement between Vdopia Inc. and AppThis LLC (“AppThis”) dated November 7, 2017, as detailed in the First Report. This Supplement is filed to provide the Court with information in response to an issue raised by Vdopia Inc. (for the first time) in its Factum filed on October 23, 2020 for this motion
