REPORTS THIS COURT CRDERS that the Supplementary Fifth Report, Sixth Report, Seventh Report, Supplementary Seventh Report, and the Eighth Report, and the actions of the Receiver described therein. be and are hereby approved. SOG CLAIM SETTLEMENT THIS COURT ORDERS that the SOG Settlement between the Receiver and the Insurer be and is hereby approved. THIS COURT ORDERS that the Receiver be and is hereby authorized to pay to Meridian a portion of the proceeds received from the Insurer pursuant to the SOG Settlement, in repayment of advances made and/or to be made by Meridian to the Receiver to finance the cost of current construction at the RH Real Property pursuant to the agreement set out at paragraph 62 of the Eighth Report, to a limit of $425.000.00 plus HST. STATEMENT OF RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS THIS COURT ORDERS that the Receiver's Interim Statement of Receipts and Disbursements for the period from December 3, 2018, to December 31, 2020, as set out in Appendix "R" to the Eighth Report, be and is hereby accepted and approved. FEES THIS COURT ORDERS that the fees and disbursements of the Receiver for the period from November 9, 2019, to December 31, 2020, and the fees and disbursements of Blaneys for the period from November 4, 2019 to December 31, 2020, be and are hereby approved
