The purpose of this first report of the Proposal Trustee (the "First Report") is to advise and update this Honourable Court with respect to: a) the background of PIL; b) the activities of the Proposal Trustee; c) the sale and investor solicitation process undertaken by PIL, d) certain charges sought over PIL's assets, e) PIL' s application for an extension of time to file a proposal; and f) the Proposal Trustee's conclusions and recommendations
