The purpose of this Second Report is to provide this Court with information with respect to this receivership proceeding and in support of the Receiver’s request that the Court grant an Order: (a) approving this Second Report and the activities of the Receiver as described herein; and (b) declaring that SPay, Inc. (“SPay”) is liable to pay to the Receiver the amount of $4,124,000 with respect to unpaid accounts for services rendered by Mundo prior to the Appointment Order and directing that this amount be paid forthwith
