The brand sold for $10 million in cash and a $17 million one-year note, paid over Allied World's objection to the Putman group's secured IP creditor, and on August 13, 2026 Justice Dietrich granted the order ending the CCAA, releasing the monitor and authorizing a bankruptcy, with nothing in the proceeding for vendors and service providers owed approximately $150 million.
