The Interested Party that had been discussing funding the Proposal withdrew after due diligence, so the Proposal Trustee considers the Proposal frustrated and no longer reasonable for the Court to approve; BDC had earlier appointed PwC as Receiver of Tour Tech.

Following creditor rejection of the Proposal by Class 1 Secured Creditors, BDC appointed PwC as private Receiver over substantially all of Tour Tech's assets; PwC is honouring various engagements for now while discussions continue with an Interested Party about buying BDC's security and funding the Proposal.
