The Fuller Landau Group Inc. was appointed receiver under court file CV-24-00725275-00CL, over Titan Holding Niagara Inc., Titan Grove Holdings Inc. and 2806859 Ontario Inc. The Bank of Montreal, the sole secured creditor of those debtors, is owed $1,868,264.70. The receivership remains active.
