The Blue Meadows Inc. has been in court-appointed receivership since May 29, 2025, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice appointed KSV Restructuring Inc. as receiver on the application of Ducimus Capital Inc. under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, in Court File No. CV-25-00000076-0000. Ducimus, the senior secured lender, advanced $5,076,402 under a commitment letter dated June 2, 2022, as amended, secured by first-ranking mortgages over the Arthur and Louisa properties, a general security agreement, general assignments of material contracts and insurance, and a personal guarantee from principal Shekhar Dalal. Second mortgagee Parmjit Aulakh holds charges over both properties, subordinated to the Ducimus security. The proceeding remains active.
