A syndicated mortgage investment of approximately $8.4 million, registered on title and held for investors by Textbook Student Suites (445 Princess Street) Trustee Corporation and Olympia Trust Company, also encumbers the property. KingSett consented to the transaction, and the receiver is seeking a distribution to KingSett first, being unaware of any claim ranking in priority to it.
