The Schedule A creditor listing as at May 7, 2019 showed secured indebtedness of $46,863,177 to an unnamed secured lender and unsecured claims of $2,795,889, including a Canada Revenue Agency deemed trust claim of $775,000, Nolan Inc. at $794,675 and KPMG at $345,027. The proceeding is closed.
