SCREO I Gill Inc. and SCREO I Gill L.P. have been in court-appointed receivership since June 9, 2026, under s. 243 of the BIA and provincial Judicature Act authority. The SCREO Gill and SCREO I 700 2ND Inc. loans are cross-collateralized and cross-guaranteed; as at October 15, 2023 those indebtedness figures stood at $26,871,042.14 and $12,242,034.57 respectively. A Canada Revenue Agency priority claim ranks ahead of any Timbercreek distribution.
