Rupert Mews Limited Partnership et al.

Rupert Mews Limited Partnership, together with Rupert Mews GP Ltd. and nominee 1152846 B.C. Ltd., has been the subject of a court-appointed receivership proceeding under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and provincial Judicature Act authority since June 19, 2025.
