Roxdale Gardens Ltd.

Roxdale Gardens Ltd. was placed in court-appointed receivership under s. 243 of the BIA and provincial Judicature Act authority by an order pronounced June 24, 2021 in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, now the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, under file 2101 00811. In its Notice and Statement, the Receiver reported that it was not aware of any secured creditors of Roxdale as at the date of that report. The Receiver's Schedule A listing of known creditors and amounts owed records a single unsecured claim as of July 12, 2021: $197,605 owing to Sheffer Andew Ltd. Schedule A also identifies preferred shareholdings totalling $7,940,000 and common equity holdings totalling $300, characterised by the Receiver as equity interests rather than liabilities.
