Purely Canada Foods Corp. and its affiliates — Purely Canada Kindersley Ingredients Inc., Purely Canada Lands Corp., Above Food Corp. and Above Food Brands Inc. — are in a court-appointed receivership ordered March 19, 2025 by Justice G.A. Meschishnick of the Court of King's Bench for Saskatchewan, on the application of Royal Bank of Canada under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Grant Thornton Limited was appointed receiver. The Bank of Nova Scotia holds security over the Avonlea and Kindersley facilities and remains entitled to enforce it despite the stay, with an option to later bring the Residual PC Foods Property into that security under a BNS Election Notice.
The officer filed a report. The Trustee has not taken possession of any of PC Foods' property and is not carrying on the company's business, with the Receiver handling realization of assets subject to the Bank's security.

Each row is one filing's statement, copied as it reads and never computed. "Estimated" is the officer's forecast; "Under the plan" is the plan's or proposal's own term; "Final" is a declared or paid distribution; a row with no chip states no footing. A range is the two numbers stated; "of proven claims" is the document's own denominator.
