Prime Pacific Global Holdings Corporation

Prime Pacific Global Holdings Corporation has been under court-appointed receivership in British Columbia since October 31, 2023, when the Supreme Court of British Columbia appointed MNP Ltd. as Receiver and Manager on the application of Synvest Investment Management Inc. The appointment was made under Section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, and the proceeding carries court file number H-230449. Synvest, which holds a mortgage and general security agreement, had an estimated claim of CAD 9,030,412 as at the receivership date. Bank of Montreal, also secured by a mortgage and GSA, had an estimated claim of CAD 5,050,125, and the City of Vancouver an estimated property tax claim of CAD 506,000. The receivership remains active.
