Legend Energy Canada Ltd. was placed in receivership by order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta on May 9, 2014, in Court File No. 1401-05131. The receivership is closed.
Alberta court appointed a receiver over Legend's property under BIA s. 243 and provincial Judicature Act authority, commencing the proceeding in file 1401-05131.
