Lake Erie Management Inc., together with Clifford Produce Sales Inc., Clifford Produce Packing Inc. and Clifford Produce Trucking Inc., is under the court-appointed receivership of Deloitte Restructuring Inc., appointed on the application of Bank of Montreal under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, court file 35-1637041T. On a combined net book value basis as at July 16, 2014, the four entities held assets of $4,034,813, excluding a Gosfield real property parcel carved out of the Receivership Order. Bank of Montreal is owed $1,152,252 by Lake Erie Management and $780,632 by Clifford Produce Sales, and De Lage Landen Financial Services Canada Inc. $196,740, each secured against receivership property. Unsecured claims against the LEMI Group total $1,931,588 as at the NOI filing date. The receivership is active.
