Kate Energy Holdings Inc. has been in court-appointed receivership in Alberta since July 21, 2021, under BIA s. 243 and provincial Judicature Act authority, on an application brought by Campus Energy Partners LP with Campus Energy Partners Infrastructure LP as co-applicant. The Receiver identified five parties who may hold security on the Property as at the receivership date: Ronald Blakely at $450,000, and BMO Bank of Montreal, the Canada Revenue Agency and the two Campus Energy entities at a nominal $1.00 each. On the unsecured and preferred side, drawn from company records obtained to date, the Receiver reported Campus Energy Partners LP at $10,731,481, Ronald Blakely at $449,999, Mark Joseph McCullough at $331,823.26, AltaGas Ltd. at $142,537.34, Campus Energy Partners Infrastructure LP at $98,472 and the Canada Revenue Agency at $1.00.
