Juch-Tech Inc. has been under court-appointed receivership since December 9, 2020, when the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) appointed KSV Restructuring Inc. as receiver on the application of New Skies Satellites B.V. under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, in court file CV-20-00652759-00CL. New Skies claims total indebtedness of USD 10,418,045.48 as at November 4, 2020, of which USD 5,216,616.39 is secured under a general security agreement dated July 2, 2015 covering substantially all personal property, and USD 5,201,429.09 is unsecured. TD Canada Trust holds a PPSA registration securing a business line of credit, stated at CAD 99,037.65 as at October 23, 2020. The receivership remains active.
