GroundForce Geodrilling Solutions Inc., a contract drilling services business operating out of Calgary and Crossfield, Alberta, was placed in receivership on October 2, 2015, when Justice C.M. Jones of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta appointed Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as receiver and manager over the property forming HSBC Bank Canada's security, under court file 1501-11517.
