Gold Mountain: the contractor bought the mine, and its own release
Nhwelmen, the contractor that had run the Elk Gold mine, took it by reverse vesting order for approximately $21 million, paid by credit bid plus cash for priority payables, with a release of claims against itself. Its dispute with an equipment lessor over that release was set for August 6, 2026, when MNP's discharge order was made.
