Elan Mechanical Consultants Ltd., J.S.L. Mechanical Installations Ltd., J.S.L. Maintenance and Service Ltd., Park West Heating and Refrigeration Ltd., Lower Arctic Holding Ltd., Joey Leonardis and Kenneth Leonardis are in court-appointed receivership before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, court file 1603 10663.
