DionyMed Brands Inc. has been under the receivership and management of FTI Consulting Canada Inc. since October 29, 2019, when the Supreme Court of British Columbia appointed the firm on the application of GLAS USA LLC and GLAS Americas LLC under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and section 39 of the Law and Equity Act, in court file S1912098. In its Notice and Statement dated November 7, 2019, the Receiver reported entity-level book values drawn from DionyMed's own records and not audited or verified: total assets of $101,256,490 as at November 5, 2019 against total liabilities of $53,275,117.56. Secured debt comprised $32,621,085.75 owing to Tribeca Global Resources Credit Pty Ltd, $4,588,169.00 to Flow Capital Corp. and $2,846,762.89 to Gotham Green Partners, LLC. The receivership remains active.
The officer filed report no. Third Report. The Transaction closed in January 2020, and the Receiver continues to market unsold assets (Holds House Brands, Chill technology, and shares in Herban Oregon) while working toward completing the receivership, including selling remaining assets and making a final distribution to SP1.
