CLL Capital Corp., together with 3MK Energy Services Ltd. and Last Chance Trucking (1995) Ltd., filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on April 21, 2022, in the Court of King's Bench of Alberta under file number 24-2823737. MNP Ltd. acts as Proposal Trustee.
