Twenty-five months into BDO's receivership of 25 Sun Pac Boulevard in Brampton, one buyer has forfeited a $500,000 deposit, another never signed, and the lenders, now holding the first mortgage as well, move to discharge the receiver on a statement projecting a $27,263.86 shortfall.
