Camdale Consulting Inc. and A.C.T. Insurance Ltd. have been under court-appointed receivership in Alberta since August 3, 2021, when A. Farber & Partners Ltd. was appointed receiver of the two companies on the application of Louise Campbell. The appointment was made under section 13(2) of the Judicature Act, R.S.A. 2000, c.J-2, and section 99(a) of the Business Corporations Act, R.S.A. 2000, c.B-9, rather than the federal receivership provisions. The proceeding is carried under court file no. 2101-09106 in what was then the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, now the Court of King's Bench of Alberta. The receivership remains active.

Court appointed A. Farber & Partners Ltd. receiver of Camdale Consulting Inc. and A.C.T. Insurance Ltd. on Louise Campbell's application, under Alberta provincial statutes.
